Q: What is the minimum order amount?
A: Minimum order is $30 USD. No minimum quantity per item — mix and match freely across our entire collection.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers for larger orders. All payments are processed securely.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: You can modify or cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A: Yes! We offer tiered wholesale discounts: 5% off orders over $200, and 10% off orders over $500. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping to Southeast Asia takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping (available for Gold tier orders) takes 5-8 business days.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship globally. Our primary markets are Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. For other regions, shipping times may vary — please contact us for details.

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our logistics partner’s website.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders over $100 qualify for discounted shipping rates. Gold tier orders ($500+) receive free express shipping.

A: Our jewelry is crafted from premium copper alloys, stainless steel, crystal, and imitation pearls. All materials are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them safe for sensitive skin.
Q: Do your products tarnish or turn green?
A: Our copper alloy jewelry features a durable plating that resists tarnishing with proper care. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals to maintain the finish. With normal wear, our pieces maintain their look for 6-12 months.
Q: Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?
A: Yes! For orders of 100+ pieces per style, we can produce custom designs with your brand’s packaging. Please contact us for a custom quote.

A: We release new collections monthly, with seasonal specials throughout the year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Please provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: What if I receive the wrong item?
A: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will send the correct item at no extra charge.
Q: Do you guarantee product quality?
A: Absolutely. Every piece is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it free of charge.
